End User License Agreement

 This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Raj Sutariya ("Developer", "we", "our", or "us") governing the use of the iPhone and iPad application NovaChat AI (the "Application").

By downloading, installing, or using NovaChat AI, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License and Use of Application

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use NovaChat AI on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and Apple's App Store Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Application

2. Apple In-App Purchase System

NovaChat AI may provide premium features, subscriptions, or other digital content through Apple's In-App Purchase system ("IAP").

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Refund requests are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

3. AI Generated Content

NovaChat AI uses artificial intelligence technology to generate responses based on user input.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or reliable.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated information before relying on it.

You agree not to use NovaChat AI to create or request illegal, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

4. Updates

NovaChat AI may receive updates to:

  • Add new features
  • Improve performance
  • Fix bugs
  • Enhance security

Updates may be provided through the Apple App Store.

Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the updated version.

5. Intellectual Property

NovaChat AI, including its design, features, content, software, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Raj Sutariya and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, sell, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Application without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

NovaChat AI may use third-party services including:

  • AI service providers
  • Analytics services
  • Crash reporting services
  • Advertising services

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NovaChat AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Application will always be available
  • AI responses will always be correct
  • The Application will be error-free or uninterrupted

Use of the Application is at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raj Sutariya shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use NovaChat AI
  • AI-generated information
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party services

9. Privacy

Your use of NovaChat AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when using the Application.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to NovaChat AI if users violate this Agreement or misuse the Application.

After termination, your right to use the Application will end.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.

Continued use of NovaChat AI means you accept the updated Agreement.
