 This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Raj Sutariya (the "Developer") governing the use of the iOS application NovaChat AI (the "Application") developed and owned by the Developer.

By downloading, installing, or using NovaChat AI, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

Use of Apple In-App Purchase System

The Application may use the Apple In-App Purchase system ("IAP") for premium features, subscriptions, or additional functionalities.

Subscriptions can be managed by users through their Apple ID account settings.

For refund requests, please use Apple's official refund process.

Updates

NovaChat AI may receive updates when bugs are fixed, improvements are made, or new features are added.

These updates may be provided automatically or manually through the App Store.

By agreeing to this EULA, you consent to receive updates for the Application.

Intellectual Property

NovaChat AI, including all intellectual property rights, design, software, graphics, features, and related materials, is owned by Raj Sutariya and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any part of the Application.

AI Services

NovaChat AI uses artificial intelligence technology to provide AI-generated responses and features.

User requests may be processed by third-party AI service providers only to generate responses and provide app functionality.

NovaChat AI does not require user accounts or login information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Raj Sutariya does not guarantee that:

• The Application will always operate without interruption
• AI-generated responses will always be accurate
• The Application will always be error-free

Users should independently verify important AI-generated information.

Third-Party Services

NovaChat AI may integrate third-party services to improve reliability, performance, and functionality.

These services may include:

• AI service providers
• Analytics services
• Crash reporting tools
• Advertising services

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data and Privacy

NovaChat AI does not require users to create accounts or provide login information.

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

Limitation of Liability

Raj Sutariya shall not be liable for damages arising out of or related to the use of NovaChat AI, including but not limited to:

• Indirect damages
• Service interruptions
• AI-generated information
• Third-party service issues

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the User and Raj Sutariya regarding the use of NovaChat AI and replaces all previous agreements or understandings.
